I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely amazing, with a beautiful private beach right at my doorstep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with everything in working order and any issues promptly fixed. The spacious and clean condo provided enhanced comfort, with comfy beds and a sparse yet stylish furnishing. I especially appreciated the well-stocked library, where I could unwind and relax after a day of exploring.

Quite large hotel comfortable rooms near the pool and beach very nice place

They should exploit a little more all the infrastructure, lighting in the pool area to be able to use it mainly at night. I hope for the next visit do not limit the use of the pool to 6pm due to lack of light.

The staff is excellent and very collaborative.

What could be improved is that the dumpster in the bathroom had no lid, we stayed 2 nights and we did not get new soaps from one night to the next,

We had a fantastic weekend stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to a beautiful beach and nearby shops and restaurants. We especially loved the fact that there were two pools and a basketball court for our entertainment. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered each morning and the comfortable beds in our room.

While we had a great time overall, there were a few things that could have been improved upon. We were a bit disappointed that there was no fridge in our room, and the construction noise from nearby marina was a bit distracting at times.

We had a great stay at a hotel in Flamingo overlooking the water. The location was perfect, convenient to nearby attractions and beaches. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a nice quiet place with no obnoxious loud tourists. I'll recommend this hotel.

We were very impressed with the location of the hotel, which was just a stone's throw away from a stunning private beach. the views of the ocean from our room were breathtaking, and we enjoyed the convenience of having a grocery store and coffee shop nearby. Although the facility could use some updates, we appreciated the various amenities such as the pools, basketball court, and amusement options.

The hotel lacked in cleanliness, with spider webs and dirtiness found in the room. It was disappointing to have not received any room service during our four, night stay and having to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper.
